Hello! As a therapist, I strive to create an open and non-judgmental environment which I find essential to opening up communication and trust in the counseling room. I utilize evidence-based practices to better serve those who walk in my door. My goal is to create an individualized plan for success and meet individuals where they are in the counseling process. I will journey alongside each individual to help guide them through the darkness to light.

I graduated from Western Michigan University in 2019 with a Master’s degree in couple, marriage, and family counseling. I specialize in both individual counseling for adolescents, and adults, along with couple, and family counseling. I offer couples counseling using the Gottman method, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy for adolescents, and individual and family therapy.
