ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
With over 15 years in social services and mental health, I am passionately dedicated to providing client-centered care. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, ensuring that each client’s unique needs and preferences shape our work together. I utilize strength-based and solution-focused interventions to empower clients, helping them drive their own positive changes. By incorporating psychoeducation, I aim to deepen clients' understanding of their challenges and build their confidence in their own abilities. I have experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I approach each client with respect and empathy.
On a personal note, I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Bioethics Specialization from Michigan State University. My professional journey includes working in tribal government and non-profits, with a focus on child welfare and family preservation.
When I'm not working, I'm a busy mom of two, with much of my time dedicated to supporting my children’s soccer passions. I also love cycling, taking my “spirited” rescue pup for walks, and going to concerts.
