ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
I am a fully licensed master level social worker providing therapy to children, teens, adults, and families. While adopting a non-judgmental and empowering approach, I provide tools to help clients learn about themselves, develop coping skills to better manage difficult situations and improve their relationships. I quickly connect with clients by establishing a relationship based on trust, compassion, and humor.
I provide several evidenced-based, and integrative methods of therapy, depending on a client's individual needs. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution- Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
I recognize that our various identities shape how we experience the world. Within my work, I affirm individuals of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from the Western Michigan University in 2015 and have extensive experience working with both children, families and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm, conflict in family dynamics and peer relationships.
