Hi! I’m Caleb.

I am a therapist, marriage and relationship expert, and firm believer in the power of connection. My journey as a couples counselor originated from a lifelong passion and deep fascination for human relationships. My heart breaks when I see love falter and fail – but it soars when I see relationships transformed, when I help others build healthy, lasting bonds.

No matter how bad things might seem right now, no matter how hopeless you might feel, I am here for you.

As a relationship counselor, I listen to my clients and attempt to define what success would look like in their relationships, identify what obstacles are currently preventing them from achieving this success, and plan a path forward to improve their relationships.

Some couples worry that the therapist will take their partner’s side – but that would defeat the purpose, wouldn’t it? As a therapist, I want both of you to feel heard, understood, and respected. No one should feel blamed or ashamed for what has happened in the past. After all, it takes two to tango. Nearly all relational problems are co-created, and solving them will take work and self-discovery on both your parts.

I seek to understand the dynamics at play between the two of you. What are the old habits of conflict, the missed opportunities for intimacy and attunement, and breaks in communication that create rifts in your emotional attachments? We then can examine these with curiosity and begin to work towards positive change. I use multiple evidence-based methods in my practice, but I mostly draw from The Gottman Method, developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman to help couples dive deep into their relationships and build a stronger foundation.
