ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Hello, I am Fawn Cichoski and happy to work with you and life stress! I have worked passionately in the mental health and substance abuse field with families, individuals including couples with positive outcomes. Meet with me and make a difference in your life!
I will guide and walk with you during changes in your life’s journey. I experienced ten plus years in substance abuse counseling along with mental health counseling. I graduated from Davenport University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. My administration degree assisted me to become a Clinical Supervisor [CCS]. I then completed a Masters degree in Social Work at Grand Valley State University and a CAADC [Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor]. Currently, I am a Substance Abuse Professional and can work with health professionals and employees for safe
work outcomes along with individuals looking for better outcomes and success in life without use of substances. I have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and can assist you with better communications in your relationship or marriage.
I offer Evidence Based Therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness in addition to previous work with clients on probation and parole for environments with less recidivism. I help clients feel safe during non-judgmental therapy sessions. As a previous yoga instructor and having worked in a woman only counseling environment, I provide counseling for new mothers-to-be, new partners in life and for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, Postpartum Depression, Grief support and Mood Disorders to improve life outcomes and experience positive/healthy relationships.
