Established in 2019 by a therapist with a mission to perfect private practice, CCWM quickly became home to over 350 providers. We pride ourselves on supporting our providers so they can focus on delivering excellent patient care.

  • Credentialing

    • Fully handled by our Credentialing Specialist across various insurance plans​

  • Steady patient referrals

    • Generally, providers do not need to market themselves to build a caseload​

  • Complete schedule flexibility*

    • (Office space permitting. Providers may conduct sessions anytime via telehealth)

    • Our founder, Sarah Timmer, surveyed over 200 therapists to learn about their ideal workplace. Sarah used this feedback to create CCWM.​
